Contactless viewings
TRENDCITY now gives you the exclusive opportunity to view properties of
your choice completely contactless and independently.
1. ARRANGE MEETING
You arrange a viewing appointment by email or telephone for the apartment you prefer.
You decide on either option below:
Facetime or WhatsApp live tour of the property (we will call you on your desired date & time and show you the apartment live on your phone!)
or
conduct a contactless viewing
2. HYGIENE ETIQUETTE
Our employees are on site to disinfect the apartment (contact handles, window handles, window sills, etc.) before the visit.
3. CONTACTLESS ACCESS
At the time of the inspection, our employee is at the prescribed distance at the entrance door of the property. You will then be informed of the location of the apartment keys at the front door.
4. TAKE YOUR TIME
You visit the property completely contactless, on your own and without us. After the visit, clarify any questions or the next steps with your advisor, either at a safe distance or via telephone call.
