The purpose of data processing and its legal basis
Data is collected for the sale or rental of property and for property valuations.

Surname, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, date and place of birth, gender, written correspondence
Current and former employees

Suppliers, Agents and Business Partners

Service Providers

Data Recipients
The data will not be passed on or sold to third parties without express consent. Exceptions to this shall only arise if there is a legal obligation to do so or if this is necessary to enforce/fulfil our/your rights, in particular to enforce claims arising from our contractual relationship with you.
Storage Duration
Personal data will be stored, supplemented and updated for as long as required to serve the purpose for which the data was collected, and which is desired by you, provided that there are no legal obligations to the contrary, such as, for example, obligations to retain data under the Money Laundering Act (5 years), Commercial Law (6 years) or Tax Law (10 years).
Right to access data
You have the right to request and receive information about your data stored by us at any time.
Right to correct or delete data
If the stored personal data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request its correction or deletion.
Right to restrict data processing
You may request processing to be restricted if you dispute the accuracy of the data collected, if the processing is unlawful or if the purpose of the processing has been fulfilled.
Right to withdraw consent
If the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose is based on your consent, you can revoke this at any time; however, until the time of your revocation, the data processing remains legal.
Right to object to data processing
You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time; processing will then no longer take place.
Right to data portability (does not apply in the case of third-party transfer pursuant to Art. 14 GDPR)
You have the right to have the personal data which you have made available to the controller, transferred to a third party.
Right of Appeal
You have the right to appeal to a regulatory authority if you believe that the processing of data concerning you is illegal.

Information comes from direct contact, various real estate portals, tipsters, publicly accessible sources and similar sources.
Automated decision making (incl. profiling)
Data is used to meet client requirements; it is stored only as long as necessary. Thereafter, it is destroyed.
